Community Partnerships & Health Equity: Working together to create healthier communities
Sustainable community health requires collaboration. We build relationships with local communities, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, and public agencies to strengthen access to recovery, health, and wellness resources.
We collaborate with partners—including state agencies such as the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)—to support accessible recovery ecosystems and advance health equity across children and families, maternal health, rural communities, older adults, and the broader public.
Our collaborative work includes:
-
Community resource coordination
-
Recovery ecosystem development
-
Partnerships with government
-
Partnerships with public agencies
